These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Apps”) published by SLEEP CHILD O MINE LLC (“SLEEP CHILD O MINE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

You may use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable store or platform rules. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any accounts associated with the Apps.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise expressly permitted in the App.

3. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases (such as premium content, additional features or subscriptions). Payments for such purchases are processed by the respective app store under their own terms and policies.

We do not handle payment details directly and cannot access your credit card or other billing information.

4. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Apps, including their code, design, text, graphics, trademarks and other content, are owned by SLEEP CHILD O MINE LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps;
  • circumvent or interfere with security features or technical protections;
  • use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose;
  • modify, distribute, sell, resell or lease the Apps or any part of them without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Furthermore, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SLEEP CHILD O MINE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps.
